Ngova Charity Foundation Uganda works with rural, underserved and less privileged communities to create practical opportunities that improve health, livelihoods, education and community wellbeing.
The organization began as a Community Based Organization working among communities in Kaliro District and the wider Busoga sub-region before attaining formal registration and NGO status.
Its leadership works toward one central goal: A health and wealth community.

Founder / Executive Leadership
Ngova Charity Foundation Uganda was established from community-based work among underserved and less privileged rural communities in Kaliro District, Busoga sub-region and Uganda at large.
The organization’s leadership is focused on empowering youth, women and marginalized groups through skills, knowledge, mentorship, health awareness, financial literacy, agriculture and sustainable livelihood initiatives.
The organization works through community engagement, partnerships, training, awareness campaigns and practical initiatives designed to strengthen families and communities.

Ngova Charity Foundation Uganda has a functional Executive Board of seven members, both male and female, providing strategic direction for the organization.
The Board ensures that management and staff observe organizational values, maintain value for money and work toward achieving the organization’s vision, mission and objectives.
The organization also has policies and governance instruments including a financial policy, HRM policy, Board manual, gender and HIV/AIDS at work policy and organizational constitution.
From Community Roots to Greater Impact
Ngova Charity Foundation Uganda has grown from community based work into a formally recognized nonprofit organization.

Registered with Kaliro District Local Government under registration number KD/CBO/627/023 and Budomero Sub County under BDMR/CBO/039.
Formal Legal Status
Attained legal status with URSB under registration number 80034772171778.
NGO Status
Permitted by the NGO Bureau to carry out activities supporting youth, women, marginalized groups, health, education, environment, skills development and financial literacy.
Expanding Community Impact
The organization operates across Kaliro, Bugiri, Buyende, Iganga and Kamuli Districts.
